ADC Uniforms has a new returns policy!
All custom items, polo, and COTA physical training uniforms are non-returnable.
Any manufacture defected items purchased must be return within 14 days for exchange only.
If you need to perform an exchange, simply return the original merchandise with an explanation why and what you want to exchange the items for. All exchange must be new, unused, with tags attached in original form.
There is no refund the original shipping charge (when applicable).
IF you received any promotional item(s) with your order, and you need to return the item(s) that earned you those promotional item(s), you will also need to include the promotional item(s) with your return.
We cannot accept an item back due to health or hygiene concerns: Pepper Spray, socks, and in ear hearing microphones are not eligible for exchange.
